Will it sound like me?+
We use your own writing and voice notes as references for messages and content. For programming, the system organises your templates and the context you provide. You choose the exercises, progression and adjustments for each person. Coaching decisions stay with you.
Do I have to change my tools?+
Often, no. We start with the tools that work for you. The interface could be an AI chat app you already use, a tailored dashboard, or automations inside your current setup. Access and plan requirements are checked first. Goh Motion’s dashboard reflects her own needs, not a requirement for every coach.
What does it cost?+
The audit is free. We quote the build and agreed transfer work, then list expected ongoing costs such as retained apps, hosting, AI usage and support. We compare these with the time and subscriptions you could save, so you can judge the whole cost.
Do I need to be technical?+
No. You show us your process and provide the agreed material and access. We handle the technical setup, walk through a typical day with you and support the handover. The timeline depends on your tools and how much needs to move.
What happens to payments, invoices and financial records?+
Your payment and accounting tools remain the source of truth for transactions, invoices, invoice numbers and tax records. If useful, an approved connection can show a dated payment status or link back to the original record. We do not replace the ledger with AI estimates or scraped figures. Updates, permissions and any manual transfers are agreed and tested with you.
Who can see client information?+
Before client data is used, we agree the purpose, minimum information needed, authorised users, services involved, storage location and retention or deletion steps. Confidentiality terms, including an NDA where needed, are agreed before access is granted. A client-facing view must be limited to that client’s approved information. Internal notes and other clients’ records are not shared by default. Provider settings and data-handling terms are reviewed for each build.
Can clients decline recording or AI meeting notes?+
Yes. Our setup starts with automatic capture off. Explain recording or transcription before the call and confirm everyone’s opt-in before starting, including on last-minute calls. Silence or a calendar invite is not consent. If someone declines or withdraws permission, keep capture off or stop it and continue with manual notes. Agree who can access the notes, how long they are kept and how deletion can be requested. This applies to audio, video and transcript-only capture.
What if it doesn’t save me time?+
For founding clients, we keep working at no extra cost until the agreed system saves you time. We put the scope and guarantee in writing before the build.
